I've listened to you flog your book on two talk shows and you've used the example of your infamous masterpiece of memes, "death tax", to flummox the hosts.
Your little parlor trick, "What is the event that triggers it" is misdirection.
They both fell for it.
The "event" is the taxing of the heirs to an estate.
Dead people don't pay taxes.
Dead people rot and go to hell, which you will do, hopefully sooner than later.
