Republican Trolls

That is "trolls", the verb. I love appropriate poetry, so here's one from the Buzzflash Poet:
GOP Congressman Resigns Over Explicit Messages To Minors
by Tony Peyser

Representative Mark Foley is gone because of e-mails
Which his party wishes had all been sent to females.

Foley was regarded by campaign experts as a shoo-in
Before word got out about just what he'd been doin.'

The awful smell from this scandal in this election year lingers
Wear goggles or you'll get hurt by Republicans pointing fingers.

Pretty good, Tony.
But I wonder how fast all of this will be swept under the carpet by the so called "librul" media. We were assaulted daily by the mass media for a year with Bill Clinton's doin's. I had to switch the radio station driving my kid to school in the morning, just so he wouldn't have to think about what the President was caught doing, as described for the nation by our so called journalists.
I'm betting a week, by Friday Rush Limburger will be calling it all a fraternity prank, or an educational experience all boys must have. Minimalizing it. Getting back to real he-man stuff, the recent legalization by Congress of the rape of detainees or political prisoners, whatever. We are a crude people.

Fittingly, the GOP is keepin' the money Foley raised for 'em, to do their good and moral works.
