When Tony retires, no doubt, like his predecessors Major and Thatcher, he will become a verrrry verry rich person. Maybe join some global think tanks, and boards of military-industrial and private security corporations. He'll no longer be a commoner, he'll be a prince of the world, like the Bushies.
Think of the wonderful dinner parties!
Maybe he will forget what he did to install himself and his lineage in their position.
It's kinda like a fraternity initiation... do a bad thing and get in.
So what if the carnage was a tad "grotesque", Tony. You will be set for life!
Only problem I can see is, you'll have to hang with some pretty awful people. But hold your nose. And George is try to speak more elegantly, really.
